We are Aint Afraid. Our project that we will focus on will be creating music videos for our two songs about mental health awareness from the eyes of the youth of today (Gen Z) and How we'll be alright. They are called "Smile today" and "Basics". Soon to be released next friday along with our album. Growing up in homelessness our mother always taught us not to allow our situation to influence how we perceive ourselves and our greatness. She taught us to see the beuaty in all struggles and in all people. These two songs give the world insight to how we found our strength and found healthy practices for our mental wellbeing. These music videos will help us achieve our goal of spreading awareness on issues many are afraid to speak about, inspiring our peers, and uplifting the world with positivity.
We will be using these spaces to create two music videos. It is important for us to utilize spaces that will further amplify the message of our lyrics. We have used peerspace for our first two music videos and we are so pleased with peerspace as a resource. Lately any studio we've visited we've asked "Are you on peerspace?" lol, because we want to help everybody win!
Peerspace is on a mission to bring people together. We believe it is impossible to achieve that goal unless we also fight for equality and access to resources in the communities we serve.
Having a space to gather, create, and exchange ideas is an important part of any movement. In order to magnify voices that are often quieted, Peerspace will sponsor venues for people who challenge prejudice and fight for social justice and equality.
Each quarter, we will sponsor space for three projects that are relevant to our community. These projects can range from fundraisers and educational initiatives to art exhibits and photo series.
