About this project

Their cause

I am the Founder/CEO of Helene Elizabeth Wellness Center. I utilize my skills as a Psychotherapist and Recruiting skills to assist my Clients (Business and individual clients) with recruiting and employment. My cause is helping clients cope because of the effects and covid and adjust to life now and the new normal of trying to find employment/candidates with our new normal.

How they'll use their space

I will use the space to help small businesses by having booths set up that will allow small businesses the opportunity to sell their items to customers. This will help the selected small businesses generate revenue through sales. Socially this will help customers and boost their spirit through interacting with the small businesses. Within the space, I will create experiences for the customers. This will be done while honoring the Covid protocols and procedures that will be in place during the time of my event. The theme of the event is Wellness, in addition to small business participants, Clinicians will be present to speak to event-goers about wellness.

What is Space for Change?

Peerspace is on a mission to bring people together. We believe it is impossible to achieve that goal unless we also fight for equality and access to resources in the communities we serve.

Having a space to gather, create, and exchange ideas is an important part of any movement. In order to magnify voices that are often quieted, Peerspace will sponsor venues for people who challenge prejudice and fight for social justice and equality.

Each quarter, we will sponsor space for three projects that are relevant to our community. These projects can range from fundraisers and educational initiatives to art exhibits and photo series.
