Empower Our Crown is currently working on developing a mental health and leadership 8 week program for at risk youth in the city of Boston and surrounding neighborhoods. This program is going to be an extensive clinically driven, empowering and educational journey for vulnerable populations to have access to educational tools, mental health resources and leadership training. Each week will present the students with new informations, experiential activities, team building opportunities and resources that will help the youth and their families advance.
Using this space to provide in person, hybrid available opportunities to meet experts in various fields to help train them, provide resources and mental health activities that range from therapeutic art to yoga courses.
Peerspace is on a mission to bring people together. We believe it is impossible to achieve that goal unless we also fight for equality and access to resources in the communities we serve.
Having a space to gather, create, and exchange ideas is an important part of any movement. In order to magnify voices that are often quieted, Peerspace will sponsor venues for people who challenge prejudice and fight for social justice and equality.
Each quarter, we will sponsor space for three projects that are relevant to our community. These projects can range from fundraisers and educational initiatives to art exhibits and photo series.
