Their team of creatives value community over competition and devotes their nine-to-five to empowering entrepreneurs to do more of what they love. In line with their ethos, the team wanted to take a day away from their computers to connect with the community that motivates everything they do. “We wanted a team building event that allowed us to learn directly from our own local Rising Tide creatives,” Founder Natalie Franke tells us.
